Dates and almond cake

Today's recipe is 31st special.
Year is completing and my blog has also completed one year. This is your love and appreciation which inspired me to write and continue to write.
Today's recipe is Dates and almond cake, it is very healthy and tasty. Best part of this cake is no sugar and no maida.

Dates and almond cake.
INGREDIENTS:
25 seedless dates
1/2 cup milk
10 half crushed almonds
1/2 cup refined oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup whole wheat flour
Pinch of salt

Soak dates in milk for 4 to 5 hours.
Blend it to get semi solid mix. Add oil and stir it in one direction.
Take another bowl, add whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and pinch of salt. Mix it properly and take out 1 tbsp of this dry mixture into a small bowl.
Add remaining dry mixture in wet mixture slowly, stirring in one direction. Do not over do it. Add half crushed almond into small bowl which has 1 tbsp of dry mix, mix both properly and add it to cake mix.  Grease an oven proof baking dish with oil and dust dry flour. You can use butter paper if you want.
Pour cake mix in to ovenware, and bake it in oven on 180c for 40 minutes. Just poke a tooth pick to see if it is properly cooked.
Let it cool down, just turn the ovenware face down onto a serving dish.
Mouth watering, healthy cake is ready.
