Dal Pakoras

Today's recipe is Dal pakoras.
This is the most favourite dish of winter and monsoon.
While we deal with chilling weather we just love to eat some chutpata and spicy food.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup chana dal
1 cup udad dal
1 cup moongdal
1 tsp chilli ginger paste
1 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
2 cups oil for frying.

Soak all three dals for at least 5 hours. If soaked overnight then better.
Bland it using little water.
Add chilli ginger paste, turmeric and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly. Start making pakoras as soon as possible.
Take oil in deep frying pan and heat it. When you see little smoke coming out, add little dough in it , if it comes up quickly, oil is ready to fry.
Add small small pakoras with help of tea spoon . You can fry 10 to 15 pakoras at a time. Turn flame to medium, let it fry till colour turns light brown. Take out carefully on paper napkin to drain excess oil.
Your dal pakoras are ready , you can serve it with coriander and mint chutney.
Tea and dal pakoras is excellent combination.
