Baked vegetable

I had a very hectic week. Hosted a small get together at home with lovely people, followed by a formal dinner at the Australian embassy . Lovely but an extremely hectic week.
Today's recipe is Baked vegetables.
Baked vegetables
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp maida
2 cups milk
1 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup mutter
1/2 cup chopped beans
1/2 chopped carrot
1/2 capsicum
1/2 cup couliflower
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1 cup grated cooking cheese
Salt to taste.
Mix all chopped vegetables except couliflower,add salt and half boil it. Boil couliflower separately.
Take a deep pan, add butter, heat it. Add maida and roast it properly.
Once it is roasted properly add milk and stir continuously. In 2 to 3 minutes it will become thick paste. Add salt pepper and sugar.
Add half boiled vegetables and let it cook for 5 minutes. Off the flame. Add pineapple and mix thoroughly. Pour it in to a baking dish.  Sprinkle the cheese evenly over it and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 10 minutes or till cheese layer turns golden.
Delicious Baked vegetable is ready. Have it with toast and tomato soup.
