Aaloo kadhi

Hi everyone,
Today is a beautiful day, rain is pouring, making a mildly romantic atmosphere.
Hope you all are enjoying.
All I can think of is a long drive.
On a more serious note, some of you must have finished your studies and retuned home. Some may have landed a job and some are promoted to the next semester. Life....goes on...
All the very best to you guys for your future assignments.
Today I am writting a simple recipe, combination of two of my separate recipes i.e.Aaloo subji and kadhi.
Today's recipe is Aaloo kadhi.
INGREDIENTS:
4 Aaloo
1/2 cup Besan
2 cups butter milk
4 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp hing
2 tbsp jaggery (optional)
Salt to taste

Boil potatoes and cut them in small pieces.
Take a pan, add oil, add mustard seeds, when it starts bursting, add hing and turmeric powder. Add small pieces of potatoes in it. Add salt to taste and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

Take a bowl. Add butter milk, besan, and salt and whip it .
Bring it to boil and add jaggery. Let it boil for 5  to 10 minutes.

Take a small pan. Add 2 tsp oil. Heat it. Add mustard, cuminseeds, and hing. Add curry leaves and pour this in to the kadhi i.e. the boiling besan mixture

At last, add potato subji to the kadhi and mix it properly. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Turn the flame off.

Your delicious Aaloo kadhi is ready.
You can serve this with roti or rice.
