Paneer butter masala

Today's recipe is Paneer butter masala.

Paneer butter masala
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp oil
10 kaju
1 big onion
4 red chillies
4 tomatoes
4 tbsp butter
3 pieces of cardamom
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1/4 cup chopped coriander
1/4 cup kasuri methi
2 tbsp condense milk
3 tbsp cream
200 gms.paneer
Salt

Cut paneer in medium sized pieces and keep them aside.

Take a pan, add oil and heat it.
Add kaju, onion, red chillies and start cooking. After 2/3 minutes add chopped tomatoes. Add salt to taste. Let it cook for 2/3 more minutes stirring occasionally. Turn the flame off and let it cooldown.

Use a blender to make a smooth gravy.

Take a pan, add 2 tbsp butter, 2/3 pieces of cardamom, red chilli powder, garam masala,green coriander and kasuri methi. Mix everything well. Pour the gravy from the blender. Add salt as required. Add 2 tbsp of cream and 2 tbsp condensed milk. Let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes stirring occasionally. When you feel that the gravy has become soft and creamy, add paneer and cream. Cook for 2/3 minutes, then turn the flame off. Add 2 tbsp of butter.
Creamy butter paneer is ready to serve.

You can serve it with parathas or puris. If you love paneer, you can also eat without any breads to go with it.

This recipe is mouthwatering and very simple to make.
