Chutney rice

Today’s recipe is chutney rice
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups rice
2 cups curd
2 cups coriander
½ cup small pieces of green chillies
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp oil
½  tsp asafoetida or Hing
1 Tamalpatra
¼ cup peanuts
1 lemon’s juice
Salt to taste
Boil rice adding 1tsp salt and keep it aside.
Wash coriander and green chillies thoroughly  . Take a mixer jar  and add chopped coriander and chillies to that jar . Add 1 tsp sugar 1tsp cumin ¼ cup peanuts and lemon juice. Add salt to taste.  Just  try to use water which is made out of sugar salt and lemon. Add water if needed. Grind it properly to make smooth green Chutney. Take it in a bowl and keep it aside.
Now take a pan ,pour 2 tbsp.oil in it ,add  hing  ,1 tamalpatra, when oil gets hot, add chatney and let it cook for 2 minutes. Now add our rice and mix it well .let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes with lid on.
Delicious chutney rice is ready  . Take out in a bowl and spread curd over it. It’s very tasty and very easy to make.
