Chanadal namkeen



Hi everyone,

In our childhood, we use to have singdana chana or spicy chanadal for munching.

Today we will make spicy chanadal or chanadal namkeen

Chanadal namkeen
1 cup Chana dal
1 cup Oil 1 to fry
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp black salt
Salt as per taste

1. Soak Channadal for 3 to 4 hours

2. Completely dry the soaked chana dal on paper towel.

3. Heat oil in a pan and add chana dal and deep fry it.

4. Take out in to paper towel.

5. Take a bowl and add fried chana dal, black salt, red chili powder, and salt as per your taste, mix it properly.

6. Chanadal namkeen is ready to eat

7. You can add finely chopped onion tomatoes, raw mango and green coriander leaves while serving. My grand mother use to love it.
