Today's recipe is Til ladu

Til ladu

Ingredients:
500 gms til (sesame seeds)
300 gms gud (jaggery)

1. Roste til or sesame seeds.

2. Cut jaggery in small pieces.

3. Add pieces of jaggery in to a deep pot.

4. Heat it till it dissolves fully.

5. Cook it for 2 to 3minutes till bubbles starts.

5. Take a small bowl of water and drop a drop of jaggery in it, if it comes up quickly and if you can make ball out of it, your jaggery is perfect for ladu.

6. Add jaggery to sesame seeds, mix it properly.

7. Spread water on both the hand and make small ladus out of mixture.

8. You have to do this very fast otherwise mixture will be cold and then little difficult to make balls.

8. Or you can clean your platform and greece it with oil and pour whole mixture on it.

9. Spread it with help of small bowl.
Dip it in water and use it for spreading mixture.

10. You can roll it with roll pin.

11. Make it as thin as you want.

Simply delicious and very healthy for any season.
