Cauliflower and peas subji

Today's recipe is
Cauliflower subji
500 gms Cauliflower
100 gms peas
1 Tomato
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
Pinch of hing
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander and cumin powder
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp sugar (optional)


Procedure:

1. Cut medium size pieces of Cauliflower.
2. Chop Tomato and keep aside. Peel peas and keep it ready.
3. Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, add mustard seeds, once it starts bursting, add hing, turmeric and red chili powder.
4. Add cut cauliflower and peas in to pan. Add salt, mix properly, cover it and let it cook stirring occasionally on slow flame.
5. After 10 minutes add suger and chopped tomato, coriander and cumin powder, mix everything and let it cook for 5 minutes more.
6. Tasty Cauliflower subji is ready.
7. Enjoy with Roti and salad.
