Turmeric milk for immunity

Ingredients:
1 tsp ghee
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ajwain
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar

1. Add ghee to small pan, let it heat.
2. Add Ajwain, turmeric, and add milk.
3. Add salt and sugar.
4. Let milk come to boil
5. Let it boil for a minute and healthy Turmeric milk is ready.
6. The best drink in this pandemic as helps in preventing cough and cold.
