Today's recipe is healthy ladu.This ladoo is made of Dates, coconut powder, oats, almonds, Raisins, and sesame seeds with little ghee.
This makes this ladu healthy option for diet conscious people
Dates have lot of essential vitamins and other nutrients which is extremely helpful to maintain healthy lifestyle.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Ghee
200 gms Dates
50 gms sesame seeds
50 gms oats
50 gms dry coconut powder
50 gms peanuts
50 gms Almonds
50 gms Raisins
1. Roast sesame seeds, oats, dry coconut powder, peanuts, and Almonds
2. Grind everything .
3. Roast Dates in Ghee, add all roasted ingredients in it. Add Raisins.
4. Mix it with hand, prepare dough.
5. Make tiny balls and garnish with almonds.
6. Very healthy and quick recipe.
Gets ready in 15 minutes.
7. This ladu is served with hot milk in severing winter morning.
