Banana subji

Today's recipe’s main ingredient is Banana. You can find them very easily in any part of world. Hence, it is a very handy recipe.

Banana subji.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Banana
2 Banana peels
1/2 cup gram flour
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp cumin and coriander powder
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
Peel the banana and cut it in small pieces.Keep aside.
Wash the banana peels and wipe them to dry, then cut into small pieces.
Take a pan. Add oil and heat it. Add mustard. When it starts bursting, add turmeric and hing. Add small cut Banana peels. Add salt and red chilli powder. Mix properly. Cover with lead and let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

Meanwhile we will prepare the flour for the subji.
Take a pan and roast gram flour for 1 to 2 minutes. Let it cooldown.
Then, add turmeric, chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder, sugar and salt. Add 2 tbsp oil and mix everything well.
After 5 minutes of cooking, add small cut banana pieces to the pan and sprinkle the flour. Mix everything. Cover with lid and let it cook for 5 more minutes.
Your banana sabji is ready. It is quick and easy to make.

Very tasty and fast recipe. You can make it even in a hurry, and have it with roti or paratha.
