Spicy chutpata chana



Hi everyone,
Hope all of you are fine.
Today I am writing about spicy chutpata chana.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup roasted chana (CHICKPEAS)
1 tbsp oil
1 cup green coriander
4 green chillies
1 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste.

Add everything except oil and chana in to blender and blend properly to make smooth chutney.

Take a pan, add oil, heat it.
Add chutney and add 1/4 cup water . Cover with lead and let it cook for 5 minutes. Now add channa and stir carefully.
Mix properly so that all chana are covered with chutney.
Let it cool down.

Spicy chutpata chana ia ready.
Munch it anytime.

  1. Good healthy snack. I will certainly try this recipe. Seasoning with green chuttney is a great idea and I suppose I can use canned (rinsed and well drained) chickpeas to make a similar dish.
