Veg. Pakoda

Hope you all are fine and taking good care of yourself.

Today I would like to write about very famous but at the same time very easy to make recipe.
Its Veg. Pakoda!! Very yummy!

Veg. Pakoda

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Besan(Gram flour)
1 potato
1 capsicum
1 onion
1 Banana
1 Brinjal
2/3 piece cauliflower
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 cup curd
Salt to taste
2 cups of oil for frying.

Wash all vegetables.
Take a bowl, add  Besan, turmeric, chilli powder, curd and salt to taste. Add water to make semi liquid dough.
Keep it aside.

Wash all vegetables. Cut Potatoes, onion, Banana,capsicum and brinjol in medium thin slices. Sprinkle a little salt on it and keep it aside for some time.

Take a frying pan, add oil and let it heat.Take vegetable slices one by one and dip them in to besan dough and slowly drop them in to frying pan. You can put about 5/6 slices at a time. Let it cook one side then turn around and let it fry on the other side.
Fry till it turns light brown.
Fry all other vegetables same way.

Your delicious Veg. Pakoda is ready.

You can serve it with chutney or tomato ketup.
You can also have it with pau or bread, just spread chutney on either side, making it a sandwich.

Its one of India's most popular and loved recipe.
