Today's recipe is Paneer bhurji.
Its simple, easy and quick to make.
This is Divya Gupta, a friend's recipe. Would like to give her credit for this recipe.
Paneer bhurji.
INGREDIENTS:
200 gms.Paneer
2 onion
2 tomatoes
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp sugar
Salt to taste.
Chop onion and tomatoes finely. Mash paneer and keep it aside.
Take a pan, add oil, heat it.
Add finely chopped onion and tomatoes. Add turmeric, chilli powder, and salt. Mix it well. Cover with lid. Let it cook for sometime. Add the mashed paneer. Let it cook for 5 minutes more.
Your delicious Paneer bhurji is ready.
You can have it with roti or bread.
Its nutritious food option for people who does not have time for cooking.
