Today's recipe is Hummus.
A simple but tasty dip, goes with almost every snack.
This is my dear sis Harini's recipe & its simple and easy to make.
I would like to give her credits for this healthy recipe.
You only need 8 Ingredients and it’s naturally Gluten-Free, Vegan, and Healthy!
INGREDIENTS
80 gms.chickpeas or Kabuli chana.
20 gms sesame seeds or tahini paste
3 clove garlic.
1⁄4 cup olive oil, plus more for serving.
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
1 teaspoon ground cumin.
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste.
Boil chikpeas adding salt.
Peel garlic and chop finely.
Grind sesame seeds and keep aside.
Blend chikpeas adding garlic. Make a smooth paste. Add the ground sesame seeds. Add lemon juice, ground cumin, and paprika. Delicious hummus is ready.
You can have it with plain bread, toast, chapati, nachos and so on. It goes with every snack.
