Phirni twist

Hope you all are fine and enjoying life.

Today's recipe is Phirni

This is north indian sweet, very tasty and delicious.

1 ltr. Milk
1 cup rice
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
7/8 Almonds
100 gms condense milk

Wash rice and keep it soaked for sometime. Mash it using hands.
Boil rice with milk.
Take a heavy bottom pan, add milk and bring it to boil. Now add boiled rice while stirring continuously. Let it boil for about 10 minutes, till half of the milk has evaporated. Add sugar and cardammom powder. Let it boil for few more minutes. Turn the flame off. Let it cool down. Now add condensed milk and stir properly. Your delicious phirni is ready. Garnish with almond flakes.
Serve chilled.

Although this is my version of Phirni, and differs from the original phirni recipe, this is way easier to make and tastes equally delicious.
