Harabhara kabab

Today's recipe is Harabhara kabab

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Gram flour/ Besan
100 gms spinach / palak
2 potato
1/2 cup peas
1/2 tsp Ginger chilli paste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp lemon
1 cup oil for frying
Salt to taste

Roast Besan and keep it aside.
Take a pan & add water. Bring it to boil. Now add washed palak to the boiled water.
Let it boil for 5 minutes. Strain the Palak. Cool it under cold running water. Let the water drain out.
Boil peas and potatoes and keep aside.
Take a bowl, add Palak, potatoes and peas. Mash everything. Now add besan, ginger chilli paste, black pepper, chat masala, lemon, and salt to taste. Make proper smooth dough. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Make balls out of this dough.
Make it flat in shape so you can fry in semi deep pan.
Take a slightly deep pan, add oil, let it heat.
Add dough balls in the pan one by one.
Deep fry it and serve with green chutney and ketchup.

Its delicious and healthy too.
