Vinegar onion



Hello everyone,
Today I’m gonna share an appetiser with you. When we go to restaurants for lunches and dinners, they usually serve baby onions with the food.
Many a times we try to make it at our home but for some reason the taste never quite lives up to our expectation.
Today I am gonna be writing about these baby onions.

Vinegar onions
100 ml Vinegar
2 tbsp salt
7/8 baby onion
Small piece of beetroot

Peel the baby onions, wash them thoroughly and keep aside.
Take a glass bottle. Add vinegar and same amount of water. Now add salt and small piece of beetroot. Add onions. Let it rest for atleast for 4 to 5 hours. Your Vinegar onions are ready to serve.
This water can be good for use for at least a month so you may go on adding new onions. Keep it in the refrigerator.
Its a simple and easy recipe and goes with any food.
