Veg.oat upma


Hi everyone,

Hope you all are fine and enjoying pre summer.

Today's recipe is Vegetable  Oat Upma

1 cup oat

1 cup water

1/2 onion

1 carrot

1/2  capsicum

2/3 beans

1/4 cup mutter

2 tbsp oil

1/4 tsp mustard

1/4 tsp hing/asafoetida

1/4 tsp uraddal

3/4 curry leaves

1 broken red chilli

1/4 tsp sugar

1/4 tsp lemon juice

Grind oat in a grinder. Chop all vegetables finely. Take a pan, add oil, heat it. Now add mustard, hing, uraddal, curry leaves and broken red chilli.
Add the chopped onions, stir for sometime, now add other finely chopped vegetables. Stir continuously.
Add oat & stir continuously for few minutes. Add 1 cups of hot water. Add sugar, add salt to taste.
Stir continuously. Add little lemon juice. Your oat upma is ready.
Its tasty and very healthy.
Perfect breakfast for diet conscious people.
