Today I would like to write about chilli paneer.
INGREDIENTS:
100 gms paneer
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp ginger
1 green chilli
1 capsicum
1 onion
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 spring onion
1 tbsp corn flour.
Chop Garlic and ginger finely.
Take a pan, add oil, add ginger, and garlic. Stir nicely. Let it cook for sometime. Cut green chilli in small pieces and add it to pan. Add capsicum. Add tomato ketchup,soya sauce and chlli sauce. Now add medium cut paneer . Take corn flour in a bowl add little water and make paste. Add it to pan.Stir everything very well and let it cook for a while.
Chilli paneer is ready.
I am using plain paneer because I am a bit diet concious. I do not prefer deep fried food so I did not fry the paneer.
But without frying also it tastes the best.
