Sabudana rolls



Hi everyone,
Today's recipe is Sabudana rolls.

1cup sabudana
3 Potatoes
1 cup peanut powder
1 cup oil for deep fry.
1 tsp.green chilli paste
1 tsp. Ginger paste
1 tsp sugar
1/2 lemon
Salt to taste
Soak sabudana overnight.
Shift it into the strainer to drain excess water. If required, you can spread it on cloth. After sabudana becomes dry, add potato,peanut powder, chilli paste, ginger paste, sugar lemon and salt to taste. Mix everything thoroughly and make dough. Now make small rolls from the dough.
Take a pan,add 1 cup oil and let it heat. Once you see slight smoke escaping, add rolls slowly . Fry it till it turns light brown. Take it out and toss them on tissues so excess oil gets soaked in it. Fry all other rolls same way.
You can have this rolls with green chutney.
