Chinese noodles with desi tadka




Hi everyone, 
Today, again, I am here at my dear Mumbai. People say negative things about Mumbai but whenever I come here, I make sure I take a non Ac cab to home and I enjoy the mumbai breeze, keeping the window open. Its amazing beyond comprehension. 

Today I would like to write about chinese noodles with a pinch of desi.

INGREDIENTS:

200 gms. Noodles
1 capsicum
2 carrots
3 spring onion 
Small cabbage
2 tsp.oil
1/4 tsp hing
Salt to taste
Soya souce
Chilli souce

Grate cabbage and carrots and keep it aside. Chop capsicum and spring onion with its leaves in small pieces.

Take a pan, boil water, when it starts boiling ,add noodles to it. Wait till it starts boiling again with the noodles. Keep for 2 to 5 minutes.
Turn the flame off. Shift the noodles from pan to strainer. Put them in cold water. Let water drain completely.
Add 1 tsp.oil.mix well and keep it aside.
Take a pan 2 tsp.oil add hing, add spring onion,then capsicum, cabbage and carrots. Mix well.add  salt to taste.keep high flame. Let it cook for 2/3 minutes. Once all vegetables are semi cooked,add noodles. Mix well. Let it cook for 2/5 minutes. Now add soya sauce. Chilli sauce and garlic souces as per your taste. Veg.noodles are ready.

It has bit of Indian tadka but I am sure you will like it.
