Cabbage muthia

Hope you all are fine.
Today's recipe is cabbage muthia.
INGREDIENTS:
250gms cabbage
1 cup wheat flour
1/4 sooji (semolina)
2 tsp.ginger
1 tsp.sugar
2 tbsp.curd
1/2 tsp.termeric
1/2 tsp.red chilli powder
1/2 tsp.cumin seeds
1/2 tsp.mustard seeds
1/4 tsp.hing(asafoetida)
1tsp.til (sesame seeds)
4 tbsp.oil
Salt to taste.

Grate cabbage,add some salt ,mix well and keep it aside for few minutes.
Take wheat flour, add sooji, add 2 tbsp.oil , mix well. Now add turmeric,red chilli powder,grated ginger, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly. Add sugar and curd .
Squeeze excess water from grated cabbage and keep liquid aside. Now add cabbage to wheat flour. Knead dough, Use cabbage water if required to soften the dough.
Now divide dough in 4/5  equal portions, Apply little oil on your palm and make rolls.
Arrange the rolls on greased sieve and steam in steamer for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cut rolls in small pieces.
Take a pan,add 2tbsp.oil, heat, add mustard seed, Hing, when mustard start brusting add cumin seeds and karipatta. Lastly add sesame seeds. Now, add small cut muthias. Mix everything well and let it cook for 10 minutes stiring occasionally.

Your Cabbage muthia is ready.
It is easy to make and tasty too.
You can add your own variation by using methi, dudhi,or carrots instead of cabbbage.

Muthia is best served with green chutney and tea.
You can use cooker for steaming.
