Besan chilla



Hi everyone,
Winter is slowly going and in India we are all ready to welcome the summer.
Today I’m going to share a recipe that we enjoy snacking on as a family together
It is Besan chilla

2 cup besan
1/2 cup curd
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
Salt as per taste
1 onion(optional)
1 tsp oil

Take 2 cup besan. Add turmeric, chilli powder and salt . Add curd.Mix well. Now add water slowly and make semi liquid dough. Add chopped onion. Mix everything thoroughly.
Take a pan, pour 1 tsp.oil on it.
Now spread dough equally on pan in circular manner. Let it cook for sometime then turn around. Keep it for sometime.
Take it away. Make all other chillas same way.
Besan chilla is protein packed tasty and quick meal for any time.

  1. Made besan pudla today. Added finely chopped onions and spinach. Very easy to make and tasty too.
