Have you guys tried my previous recipes? Hopefully yes because I'm back with a new recipe. Today's recipe is Rajma
Rajma is very healthy and simple to make.
INGREDIENTS:
250g Rajma
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp asafoetida or Hing
2 Onions
2 Tomatoes
1 Small Potato
1 Lemon
2 tbsp termeric
2 tbsp red chilli powder.
1 tbsp Garam masala
Salt to taste.
Soak Rajma atleast for 12 hours.
Wash it again. Boil Rajma adding 1 tbsp salt and keep it aside.
Take a pan,pour 2 tbsp.oil in it. Add asafoetida or hing. Add small pieces of onion,add some salt and let it cook with lid on for 5 minutes.
After that add Small pieces of tomatoes and let it cook for another 5 minutes with lid on.
Now stir everything add garam masala,turmeric, red chilli powder
and salt. Mix everything well. Let it cook for some time.
Now you will see oil saparating from gravy. Add Rajma and crushed potato, mix everything and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes with lid on. Stir occationally. Add lemon juice and mix everything. Let it cook for 2 minutes more.
Your delicious Rajma is ready.
You can have it with rice or paratha.
