Today'recipe is Potato sabzi.
I Hope you will like this recipe. My darling nephew calls it 'Kakima batata nu shaak'. My family absolutely loves it!
INGREDIENTS:
250g Potato
1/2 tsp.mustard seeds
1/4 tsp.Cumin seeds
1/4 tsp.Hing
3 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Peel the Potato and cut it in small pieces. Wash it thoroughly and keep it aside.
Take a pan ,add 3 tbsp.oil, heat, add Mustard seeds, after 30 sec.add Cumin seeds and Hing.
When Mustard starts to burst. Add
Potato pieces and lastly add salt to taste. Mix everything properly. Keep the lid on the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally and carefully in order to avoid mashing the potatoes.
Your Potato sabji is ready, its very tasty and very easy to make. Also it is simple and quick to cook, so if you are very hungry and want to have something filling, try this subji.
You can have this subji with roti bread or with rice, adding little curd.
