Mix vegetable

How are you all?  Hope you guys are enjoying my blog.I too am enjoying writing and talking to you guys.Please send me your views and comments that will help me improvise my content.

Today's recipe is Mix vegetables.

INGREDIENTS:

250g. Couliflower
1 cup peas
2  Potatoes
2 Onions
2 Tomatoes
2 Carrots
1 Capsicum
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tbsp Garam masala
1 Tamalpatra
Salt to taste

Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
Cut all vegetables in small pieces.Keep couliflower little bigger than other vegetables.
Take a pan, Pour 2tbsp.oil in it .
Add Tamalpatra. Add little Hing,once oil gets hot add onion and cook for some time . Add chopped Tomatoes,add salt, turmeric,red chillies and 1tbsp Garam masala.  Let it cook for 5 minutes. Add all other vegetables. Mix everything and let it cook for 15 minutes with lid on. Stir occasionally. Your mixed vegetables is ready.

  1. I have a suggestion for you. You should mention the number of people whose food can be cooked by using the above mentioned amount of ingredients. For example:you should write that 3 people can eat if we use the above indicated ingredients. The same way as it is written on ready-made food packets.

I've made mix vegetable according to your recipe and I can't describe in words how good it is (it's right infront of me on the platform) literally I can't describe my happiness in words....I wish I could upload the image of this sabji....thanks...I am an international student and live in Canada... It'll be good for me if you upload more recipes over here...coz I've to make food for myself daily (it sucks😅)Thank you.
