After an exhausting week of festivities and party,everyone is in need for some detox therapy. So for them today I am presenting a Detox recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
1 Jar water
4 slices Lemon
4 slices Cucumber
4 small pieces of Ginger.
4 Leaves of Mint ( optional)
Take a Glass jar ,fill up 3/4 of the jar with warm water. Add slices of lemon,cucumber,Ginger,and Mint leaves in it. Let it rest for 10 hours. Best time to make this drink is at night so you can have it in the morning. You can have one/ two glasses just after waking up then whole day you can have in small quantity. You can refill jar at the most four time with same content. This will detox your system and get rid of any constipation problem you face. Try this drink once or twice a week .
