How are you all? Today we had little shower and chilled wind.
Temperature is not ready to go up.
Morning was really chilling.
Anyway let come to today's recipe
Cauliflower with potato sabji
250g Cauliflower
1Potato
1Tomato
1/2 tsp.mustard seeds
1/2 tsp.turmeric
1/4 tsp.Hing
1/2 tsp.red chilli powder.
1 tsp.sugar(optional)
1 tsp.dhania jeera powder(optional)
Cut cauliflower and Potato and wash it thoroughly.
Take a pan add oil ,let it heat.
Add mustard seeds and hing.
Once mustard seeds start bursting add turmeric and then add small pieces of Cauliflower and potato.
Add salt to taste and red chilli powder.Mix everything well and let it cook for 10 minutes covering with lid. Stir occasionally.
Now add sugar and finely chopped tomatoes.Add dhania jeera powder . Mix everthing and let it cook for 5 minutes more.
Your delicious cauliflower potato sabji is ready.
You can have this with roti or rice.
