Hello everyone,
Now a days everyone is so busy with life .They do not have time for anything, even for things they love to do.Students are busy with college lectures and projects. If they are with parents then its fine but if they are living in private accomodation then it is quite difficult for them to decide where to eat and what to eat ? If they have kitchen in their accomodation then they can make some quick food and have reasonably good lunch or dinner.
My main aim to have this blog is to provide these students easy and tasty receipes which they can cook by themselves ,and at least once in day they can get good proper meal.
Today's recipe is Upma.
Upma is light in eating and simple to make.
Ingredients:
Sooji, water, onion, peas, oil, mustard, uraddal ,karipatta, hing.
Take a kadai, put 2 tbsp oil.Add 1 tsp mustard,add little hing in it then some urad dal and when the oil is hot. Add some karipatta and 1 onion cut in small pieces. Keep stirring for 5 minutes.Now add 1 cup sooji and half cup peas to it.Again keep on stirring for another 5 minutes. Add 3 cups of hot water in it. Add salt half lemon and 1 teaspoon sugar to it.Keep on stirring for 5 more minutes and your tasty Upma is ready.
This is very healthy option for breakfast. This gives you feeling of fullness and helps you in achieving your fitness goal.
